Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Corporate Travel Specialist, or similar role advantageous.
• Experience handling airline, hotel, and other travel reservations preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures and requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services.
• Assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings.
• Process flight reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
• Provide suitable travel options based on client requirements, schedules, and budget.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and other travel documents.
• Monitor flight schedules, changes, cancellations, and other travel updates.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely assistance before, during, and after travel.
• Manage urgent and last-minute corporate travel requests when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client requests, and travel transactions.
• Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements are accurate and properly documented.
• Follow corporate travel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with corporate clients and travel suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
• Prepare reports and updates related to bookings and corporate travel transactions.
• Perform other duties related to corporate travel operations as assigned.
