Therma Luzon, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Safety, Health, and Wellness Specialist to lead occupational safety, employee health, and wellness initiatives for corporate office management in Pasig City.

The role requires strong governance, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive national safety standards. You will design and implement safety protocols, health programs, and environmental reporting while ensuring alignment with DOLE/DENR regulations and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related Allied Health field.
• 3–5 years in occupational health program management or corporate wellness initiatives.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• SO3/SO4 experience in your last company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSH policies aligning with governance frameworks and local regulations.
• Lead safety governance, health programs, and environmental compliance.
• Administer hazard audits and issue Work Stoppage Orders when needed.
• Support health and wellbeing initiatives and resilience programs.
