Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Corporate Safety, Health, and Wellness Specialist to lead occupational safety and employee health initiatives for corporate office management. You will drive safety systems, health programs, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Facility Services Management to maintain national standards and improve workplace wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Occupational Health, Psychology, or related Allied Health/Public Health disciplines.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in occupational health program management or corporate wellness initiatives.
• Professional license in Allied Health (e.g., RN) and relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement OSH policies in alignment with governance frameworks and regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S, and coordinate emergency drills (fire, earthquake).
• Serve as Technical Secretary of the Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
• Conduct hazard audits using HAIRADC and issue Work Stoppage Orders when needed.
• Develop wellness programs including APE, biometric screenings, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
• Monitor indoor environment factors and collaborate with HR on mental health initiatives.
• Prepare environmental reports for DENR-EMB and ensure compliance with Big Five laws.
