Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably with a degree in business-related discipline such as Banking, Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of banking experience serving commercial accounts either as part of service staff, account management, products, or channels and/or related disciplines
• Knowledge in markets, credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and commercial banking products and services to enable cross-selling
• Knowledge of Philippines regulatory standards and compliance guidelines
• Knowledge of working with commercial clients

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of corporate clients to ensure profitability and trust.
• Drive income growth via business development and expanding product mix.
• Ensure positive customer experience through feedback, market intel, and collaboration.
• Negotiate loan terms and ensure proper documentation and credit approvals.
• Monitor credit quality and manage recoveries with Credit/SCMD.
• Mentor/ train Service Associate for day-to-day activities.
