Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati seeks a Corporate Finance and Budget Analyst to support project financial reporting and budgeting. You will handle monthly cost updates, project financials, and corporate budgeting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pricing strategies.

The role requires ERP reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with PPD, Sales, Accounting, and Construction Management to deliver reliable management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP-generated monthly sales reports for assigned projects.
• Validate the consistency of sales data with current pricelist information.
• Coordinate with PPD and Sales to resolve discrepancies in area or unit counts.
• Update the inventory of units available for sale and check data consistency.
• Monitor and update project financials in line with approved pricing strategies and upcoming price increases.
• Consolidate project financials into summary reports for management review.
• Coordinate with PPD on changes that may affect financial projections, such as revised plans or construction timelines.
• Prepare monthly cost update reports for accounting cost recognition, based on anticipated final costs.
• Revisit current cost estimates against actual awarded and incurred costs.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Accounting, and Construction Management Group to reconcile final project costs and prepare closing cost reports upon project completion.
• Support the review of PPD financial projections, including the assumptions applied at both initial and periodic monitoring stages.
