Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor Philippines seeks a Procurement Contracts Analyst to support end-to-end contract lifecycle, reviewing supplier agreements, NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, licenses, and SaaS contracts. This role partners with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with policies and business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage contract governance, accruals, and compliance while collaborating across functions to optimize procurement outcomes

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review supplier agreements, NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, software licenses, SaaS contracts for completeness and risk.
• Identify non-standard terms and coordinate with Legal/Procurement for review.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate redlining and stakeholder feedback on contracts and amendments.
• Maintain contract records, expirations, and governance documentation.
• Support monthly/quarterly close activities related to supplier contracts and accruals.
• Assist in GA activities and GL reconciliations related to contracts.
• Monitor PO governance, funding allocations, and three-way match issues.
