You will structure complex business problems, identify growth or efficiency opportunities, and collaborate with client executives and delivery teams to drive high-impact transformations with plain, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Advanced understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be part of a new consulting capability at BairesDev, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology to help organizations solve complex business problems and translate strategy into execution. Partnering directly with senior leaders, you'll structure ambiguous challenges, identify where value is being left on the table, and design practical paths to capture it.
