Job summary

BairesDev, a leading technology services employer, is seeking a Strategic Consultant. This role sits in a new consulting capability at BairesDev, bridging strategy, operations and technology to help clients translate strategic intent into actionable execution.

You will structure complex business problems, identify growth or efficiency opportunities, and collaborate with client executives and delivery teams to drive high-impact transformations with plain, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Advanced understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, or transformation.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Work closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
