You will partner with top management to shape corporate goals, manage budgets, and expand market presence while guiding multiple high‑value projects. The role demands a proven track record in construction leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Professional License is highly preferred. An MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry, including senior executive or general management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple large-scale construction projects and managing overall business operations.
• Extensive network of developers, contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, suppliers, government agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operations management, financial oversight, contract negotiations, and organizational leadership.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing to travel extensively to project sites, client meetings, and business engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of the company and translate business objectives into operational strategies.
• Develop and execute long-term business plans that drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with owners and executive leadership in setting corporate goals, budgets, expansion plans, and investment priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging markets to strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, operational discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Provide executive oversight of all construction projects from project acquisition through turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor project portfolios, resource allocation, manpower planning, equipment utilization, and operational performance.
• Resolve high-level operational challenges and provide strategic direction to project teams.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project management standards across all projects.
• Utilize an extensive professional network to secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead contract negotiations, major client presentations, and commercial discussions.
