Job summary

All About People Consulting in the Philippines seeks a senior executive to lead Corporate Services, delivering strategic leadership across Finance, HR, Procurement, Admin, and Governance to align with business goals.

You will drive cost optimization, ensure internal controls, oversee budgeting and forecasting, guide audits, and develop a high-performing leadership team with a strong culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• CPA credential is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive leadership in corporate services, finance or shared services.
• Experience in Construction or Real Estate is a must.
• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting and internal controls.
• Proven oversight of multiple support functions including HR, Procurement and Administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate Services strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvement and cost optimization across all support functions.
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on organizational and financial matters.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk.
• Lead annual budget planning and performance monitoring.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
• Oversee sourcing strategies, vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Ensure cost efficiency, transparency and compliance in procurement processes.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Oversee office operations, facilities and general administrative services.
• Ensure a safe, efficient and well-managed workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and corporate governance requirements.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop heads of HR, Finance, Quality Management, Procurement and Admin.
• Build a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across all functions.
