Job summary

SUMISETSU PHILIPPINES, INC. in Makati seeks a Senior Construction Operations Director to lead project managers, engineers, and site staff toward safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You will translate strategic goals into division-wide plans and oversee multi-project portfolios.

You will foster teamwork, uphold safety standards, drive quality, and mentor tomorrow leaders while coordinating with clients, contractors, and partners on complex commercial and industrial builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (advantage).
• Male, 40 years old and above.
• At least 10 years of progressive construction management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in large-scale projects (commercial, industrial).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to project managers, engineers, and site staff.
• Develop and implement division goals aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all construction phases from planning to turnover.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and specifications.
• Approve schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the division.
