Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal controls.
• Experience with contract compliance and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor contractual, legal, regulatory, and governance obligations.
• Maintain trackers for contracts, compliance, and governance with deadlines and reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to implement obligations.
• Monitor controls, risks, and remediation activities; support audits.
