Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Manila is seeking a Senior Media Planner to lead strategic communications planning for top brands. You will coordinate with local and regional teams, mentoring juniors and aligning cross‑functional efforts to deliver integrated campaigns.

You will supervise day-to-day outputs, ensure timely delivery, and build strong client relationships while exploring business development opportunities with media partners. The role embraces a hybrid in-office routine four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or Research–related field.
• 5–10 years media/comms planning experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic communication planning process addressing client business needs.
• Supervise team output for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members.
• Delegate tasks to team members with appropriate resources and training.
• Conduct annual and interim appraisal of team members professionally.
• Build and maintain productive client and team relationships.
