WPP Media in Manila is seeking a talented planning professional to develop strategic communication plans that address client objectives. You will use industry and proprietary tools, plus consumer insights, to craft media strategies for traditional and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications/Advertising/Marketing.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years' media experience is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with teams.
• Leadership and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communication plans addressing business issues with data and insights.
• Recommend media platforms and investment levels based on objectives.
• Monitor brand, market, and competitive activity.
• Use industry tools to optimize plans and performance.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal units and external partners for execution.
• Identify innovative media solutions to address business needs.
• Support pitches with insights and optimization ideas.
• Prepare category and brand reviews for client teams.
• Engage with clients day-to-day under Planning leads.
• Handle the brand's media budget (annual, monthly, per campaign).
• Deliver complete, accurate reports and requirements.
