Job summary

Jollibee Group North America is seeking a Program Officer (Corporate Communications) to implement the Jollibee Group Foundation’s communication strategies and campaigns, strengthening stakeholder engagement and visibility. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful programs and support employee engagement and volunteerism.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in communications, social media management, public affairs, or marketing.
Understanding of CSR principles, emerging trends, and best practices in corporate philanthropy and social impact.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and budgets.
Experience in content development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic communications plans and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce institutional assets.
Manage platforms, digital assets, website, and social media channels.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality for communications projects.
Support employee engagement and volunteerism programs.
