Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation is seeking a Program Officer for Corporate Communications to implement its communication strategies and campaigns, strengthening stakeholder engagement and enhancing the Foundation’s visibility.

The role collaborates across internal teams and external partners to develop impactful initiatives, supports employee engagement and volunteerism programs, and reinforces JFC’s reputation as a caring company.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in communications, social media management, public affairs, or marketing.
• Must understand Corporate Social Responsibility principles, emerging trends, and best practices in corporate philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
• Must have strong organizational and planning skills to support multiple projects, manage timelines, and assist in budget tracking.
• Must have demonstrated experience in content development.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working arrangement (2 days RTO/week).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns for the Foundation's priorities and CSR initiatives.
• Manage content development and production with partners and agencies to position JGF and Jollibee Group as CSR leaders.
• Oversee platforms, assets, and social channels ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact and value from communications investments.
• Track and report volunteer hours and CSR engagement metrics for assigned accounts.
• Identify and nurture partner relationships to support communications objectives.
