Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Content Strategist and Storyteller to lead digital and social campaigns for a diverse client base, including public figures and political space. This role goes beyond management, focusing on strategy, creation and distribution systems.
You will own content strategies, craft narratives and guide production across platforms, aligning with client identity and long-term goals while driving audience connection.
We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist and Storyteller who can lead digital and social campaigns for personalities, public figures, institutions and brands—including clients operating in the political and public-affairs space.
This is not simply a content management or approval role. Content strategy and content creation are central to what we deliver. We need someone who can develop the big idea, shape the narrative, write the story, guide its production and build a clear system for how it will be distributed and amplified.
The right candidate understands that viral content is not created by chasing trends alone. It begins with a strong understanding of the personality or brand, what the audience cares about and the story that connects the two. Views matter—but views without brand affinity, message retention or audience connection are not enough.
You have proven experience in content strategy, strategic communications, digital campaigns, political or public-affairs communications, reputation management, journalism, creative direction or a closely related field.
You must be both strategic and hands-on. You should be able to present a campaign direction to a client, lead a creative team and still step in to rewrite a weak hook, strengthen a script or completely rethink a story when the material is not working.
You understand the difference between content that is merely well-produced and content that actually builds relevance, trust and affinity. You know how storytelling changes across platforms—especially between short-form social content and longer-form YouTube narratives.
You are also expected to understand virality: what earns attention, what encourages people to share, what makes a personality relatable and how to sustain momentum beyond a single successful post.
Most importantly, you are not an order-taker. You ask the right questions, anticipate issues, challenge weak ideas constructively and offer clear, workable solutions.
Digital, reputation and personality-driven communications can be highly competitive, fast-moving and stressful. Client expectations are high, priorities can shift quickly and public reactions are not always predictable.
We need someone who can remain calm in that environment, provide direction and continue producing thoughtful, compelling work under pressure. The role requires resilience, sound judgment, leadership and the ability to make decisions without depending on constant intervention from senior management.
This is a confidential position involving sensitive clients and campaigns. Professional discretion, factual discipline and integrity are non-negotiable. Flexibility outside regular working hours may occasionally be required during launches, campaign periods or reputation-sensitive situations.
If you can turn strategy into stories, stories into meaningful content and content into genuine audience connection, we would like to hear from you.
