Qualifications

• Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong accountability for achieving results and meeting collections KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with high attention to detail.
• Awareness of hardship indicators and discretion with vulnerable customers.
• Experience in Collections or financial services preferred.
