Job summary

JeonSoft is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to finalization, coordinating with Management and Sales, and handling renewals. You will meet with clients to discuss terms and ensure mutual understanding, while maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, confidentiality, and negotiation skills, with proficient MS Office use and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire contract process — drafting, editing, coordinating approvals, and sending finalized agreements to clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss contract terms, clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure mutual understanding before finalization.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Management and Sales) to ensure contract accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Review client requests or revisions and negotiate terms that balance client needs and company policies.
• Track contract statuses, follow up for signatures, and manage renewals or amendments as needed.
• Maintain a clear and organized record of all contracts and related communications.
