Career Connect is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global cybersecurity program from a hybrid setup in Taguig. The role partners with executives to design and implement security strategies protecting enterprise data, systems, and communications.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in information security, 7+ years in people leadership, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA, with deep knowledge of NIST/ISO-27001 and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in information/cybersecurity with a global customer base.
• 7+ years people management experience, building diverse teams.
• Key certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Knowledge of security standards (NIST, ISO-27001, PCI).
• Strong Cloud Security and Infrastructure as Code understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and own a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap and KPIs focused on reducing cyber risk.
• Build and lead a diverse cybersecurity team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Set security goals and metrics and report updates to executive leadership.
• Partner with leadership on major security initiatives and Secure SDLC.
• Collaborate with SOC and ISO 27001 Core teams for governance and compliance.
• Lead incident response, third-party assessments, and data protection efforts.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management and privileged access controls.
• Define governance for cloud, containerization, and emerging tech security.
• Stay informed on threats and develop mitigation strategies for acquisitions.
