The role demands 3-5 years of hands-on OT security experience, strong knowledge of OT frameworks, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team in a shifting Cubao schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in OT Security / Operational Technology Security.
• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance.
• Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.
• Familiar with security monitoring tools and incident response for OT/ics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Amenable to hybrid setup with shifting schedule in Cubao.
• Currently residing in PH with legal right to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead team execution as SME for security objectives.
