Job summary

International Toy World, Inc. seeks a Category Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising strategies that boost sales, assortment quality and margins. You will negotiate terms with vendors, ensure competitive products, and visit stores to optimize displays and inventory.

You will identify trends and seek new suppliers to keep the assortment fresh and aligned with customer demand. Regular collaboration with department managers and sales teams will drive improved performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising or retail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for store and warehouse visits.
• Must be willing to work in MOA Complex, Pasay City.
