Job summary

Allianz Philippines is seeking a Workload and Capacity Management Officer based in Makati. You will oversee distribution of work and resources, forecast capacity needs, and implement efficiency strategies across IT and operations teams.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in capacity planning, workload analysis, and performance reporting. Excellent communication and knowledge of ITIL and data analytics tools are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Several years of progressive experience in Capacity Management, Workload Management, ITSM, Operations, or Data Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis.
Competency in using Capacity Planning and Monitoring Tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or enterprise-level CWM software).
Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting technical data to management and technical teams.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework is highly desirable.
Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
