Avid in Manila is seeking a Buyer/Planner to support on-time delivery at best price, while minimizing inventory. You will oversee purchasing, materials planning, supplier performance, and ERP data maintenance throughout the production life cycle.

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, order fulfillment, engineering, sourcing and logistics to optimize lead times, costs and stock. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supply chain procurement and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in supply chain procurement, planning or sourcing.
• Experience purchasing electro-mechanical assemblies with PCBA content.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory strategies.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to present updates.

Responsabilités

• Support on-time delivery and minimize production inventory.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics teams.
• Manage supplier performance and strategic material programs.
• Handle ERP data maintenance: records, source lists, lead-times.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with accounts payable.
• Support last-time-buy purchases and stock depletion.
