Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in business requirements development, solution design, and release management.
• Experience with testing and UAT.
• Exposure to RDBMS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in blueprinting and solution design activities.
• Develop functional designs and process documentation.
• Support testing activities and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Assist in release planning and deployment activities.
