Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Business/Commercial Analyst roles.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and investigative skills.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis tools.
• Experience with business intelligence, process management, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside leadership to support business performance with data-driven insights for decision making and strategic initiatives.
• Support tracking and reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and KPI performance.
• Analyse sales and marketing reports and suggest strategies to improve business performance.
• Analyse promotional activities to ensure funds invested yield optimal results per marketing strategy.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning activities.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to commercial teams to support decisions.
