Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting techniques is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
