Job summary

San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) seeks a Business Development Associate to assist in budget planning and monitoring, and to provide financial analysis for strategic planning.

The role supports consolidation of strategic plans and prepares financial projections for management reviews. The candidate will conduct market scans for lease rates and property pricing, prepare regular market updates, and act as a project coordinator when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Financial Management, Business, or Accounting.
• At least three years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and research skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budget preparation and consolidation of strategic plans.
• Monitors and prepares monthly analysis of actual revenues and expenditures vs. budget.
• Updates and submits financial projections, CAPEX schedules, and financial ratios to Corporate Financial Planning.
