Job summary

San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) on behalf of SMC Infrastructure seeks a Tax Analyst to assist the Tax Manager in managing right-of-way tax matters. This role oversees engagements with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), including audits and disputes, to safeguard project delivery timelines.

The candidate will work closely with the Tax Manager to provide proactive tax guidance, manage risk, and support compliance across CGT, DST, and related taxes, while coordinating with LGUs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
• Relevant experience in tax compliance, tax audit support, risk management, and BIR/LGU audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tax Manager in right-of-way tax function and related engagements.
• Coordinate with BIR on audits, disputes, and tax liabilities.
