Job summary

Tierra Verdosa Services, Corp. is seeking a Business Development Associate to support budget planning and financial analysis for strategic planning. The role involves monitoring revenues vs budget, preparing presentations for management, and conducting market scans on property rates.

The successful candidate will have a finance-related degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is an on-site position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in budget planning and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fully on-site arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budget preparation and consolidation of strategic plans.
• Monitors and prepares monthly analysis of actual revenues and expenditures vs. budget.
• Updates and submits required submissions to Corporate Financial Planning.
• Assists in preparing presentations for Management, such as mid-year reviews.
• Prepares financial studies for proposed projects.
• Conducts market scans to determine lease rates and selling prices.
• Prepares regular updates on the property market.
• Acts as project coordinator and monitors project progress when needed.
