Job summary

VSERVE EBUSINESS SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Pasig seeks a data-driven BI Analyst to design and maintain Power BI dashboards, integrate ERP/CRM data, and deliver executive-ready insights across European markets.

You'll own end-to-end reporting lifecycle, work with Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, and Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure data quality and timely decision support for sales, inventory, and finance. Collaborative, detail-oriented candidates thrive.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, and Warehouses.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, report design, and Power BI Service administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across the European division.
• Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to optimize data architecture and integration patterns.
• Connect and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data to support pipeline reporting and sales metrics.
• Go beyond reporting to provide proactive insights and data-driven recommendations.
