Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a BI Analyst in Makati to partner with global technology leaders, developing and delivering data insights and reports that influence decisions. You will mine data across resources and design impactful recommendations for partners, under the guidance of the BI Manager.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data-driven analytics, strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, and experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce or Business Objects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, finance or statistics/mathematics.
• 4+ years' experience in data-driven business insight recommendations and dashboard design.
• Proficient with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI and Business Objects.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Query) and HiveQL.

Responsibilities

• Interpret goals, trends, risks and areas for improvement by collecting, analyzing and reporting on key metrics and conclusions.
• Support customer teams and increase efficiency on moderate complexity projects as an independent contributor.
• Develop data-driven insights for partners and maintain quality data for analysis.
• Engage with partners daily for planning, forecasting and documentation of analyses.
• Build relationships to ensure high-quality data availability for analysis.
