Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a data‑driven BI professional to support cross‑functional teams with insights and reporting. You will structure experiments, analyze funnels, and drive data‑driven decisions across the business, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.

The role focuses on developing dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with operations to surface actionable analytics for forecasting and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured data.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, etc.).
• Solid understanding of basic statistical concepts and data visualization.
• Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports for key decision metrics.
• Gather, clean, and manage data from multiple sources including CSV and databases.
• Support analytics initiatives and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure impact and prevent misleading conclusions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline analytics workflows.
