Job summary

BioCatch, a leader in Behavioral Biometrics, seeks a Sales Account Manager for APAC focusing on the Philippines. You’ll drive new business, manage strategic accounts, and build deep customer relationships in the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales processes, whitespace prospecting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and customer success. Manila-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience selling technology solutions to banks/finance institutions.
• Experience selling fraud prevention or consumer authentication solutions.
• Evidence of complex direct sales with multi-million bookings in banking/fintech.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, scale-up environment experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives.
• Willing to undertake frequent domestic and occasional international travel.
• Native Filipino and English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales revenues from new BioCatch accounts, focusing on the Philippines market.
• Drive a strategic account plan for target accounts from discovery to close.
• Cultivate partnerships with customers, channels, and technology partners to execute BioCatch GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with APAC leadership to exceed sales objectives and grow customer success.
• Work with APAC Commercial team to maximize revenue and technology adoption while ensuring satisfaction.
• Build BioCatch brand within prospective accounts and represent at events.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline, and company reports accurately.
