Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive automotive financing products and services in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes fieldwork, dealer relationships, and end-to-end loan processing support.

You will engage with car dealers and customers, promote financing options, and ensure timely processing of applications while meeting monthly targets. Training will be provided to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or college undergraduate.
• At least two (2) years of relevant sales experience.
• Background in automotive sales, vehicle financing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel when necessary.
• Willing to undergo two (2) weeks of company training.

Responsibilities

• Meet and achieve assigned sales quotas and monthly performance objectives.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with car dealers, business partners, and prospective customers.
• Market and promote the company's financing products and services to generate potential clients.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and assist them in completing the required forms and documents.
• Review submitted applications and identify missing or incomplete requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on loan applications while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely processing.
• Conduct regular field visits to partner dealerships and other establishments to develop business opportunities.
• Generate potential clients through referrals, networking, and other sales and marketing activities.
• Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their loan applications.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor transactions, and maintain updated records of sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external business partners to address application concerns and customer inquiries.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
