Job summary

IBS Software is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Product Consultant with deep airline crew planning optimization and crew management expertise to join the iFlight team. In this customer-facing role, you will bridge airline customers and IBS product teams, leading discovery workshops and guiding customers toward product-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in airline crew management and optimization.
• Deep expertise in Crew Pairing Optimization, Crew Rostering Optimization, and related functions.
• Experience engaging with senior airline stakeholders and guiding strategic decisions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product enhancements and roadmaps.
• Experience conducting PoV and benchmarking to demonstrate value.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to airline customers on crew planning and management.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, product consultations, adoption assessments, and process reviews.
• Align customer requirements with IBS product capabilities and best practices.
• Conduct PoV, benchmarking, and business value exercises with airline customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to translate needs into roadmap items.
• Provide market and competitive insights to influence product vision and strategy.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution positioning, and customer evaluations when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with airline operations leaders and executives.
