IBS Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations & Communications Specialist to support global marketing initiatives through campaign execution, marketing operations, content management, SEO, social media, and digital communications.

This role is responsible for ensuring marketing programs are executed efficiently while leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity, increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related role.
• Experience with SEO, website content management, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute global marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to improve organic search performance.
• Create, review, and publish marketing content using AI and other productivity tools.
• Manage social media content calendars and company social media channels.
• Draft email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, SEO metrics, and marketing KPIs.
• Support marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate trade show marketing, promotional materials, and internal marketing requests.
• Maintain marketing assets, documentation, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with global sales, product, and marketing teams to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
