Intrepid Asia is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead the Affiliate and creator/KOL programs across Southeast Asia, driving sustainable GMV growth for major brands. You will scale affiliate capabilities, manage sub-teams, and collaborate across departments with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Influencer Management, Talent Agency, or E-commerce Marketing, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with creators/KOLs, MCNs, and networks.
• Strong understanding of affiliate activities on e-Commerce and social platforms.
• Proven success in managing teams and building team capacity.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Data-driven and results-oriented with measurable growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and cross-department coordination.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement growth strategy for affiliate and creator/KOL programs.
• Affiliate Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Build relationships with MCNs, creators/KOLs, and platforms; negotiate partnerships.
• Team Management & Capability Building: Lead and coach Affiliate team; create SOPs and learning frameworks.
• Budget Management & Optimization: Manage budgets, payouts, and ROI optimization.
