Intrepid Asia is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead its affiliate and creator/KOL marketing ecosystem across Southeast Asia. You will develop growth strategies, scale affiliate capabilities, and drive performance through strong stakeholder management and data‑driven insights.

The role focuses on building partnerships with MCNs and creators, shaping campaigns, and mentoring the affiliate team to deliver sustainable GMV growth for major brands. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in Influencer Management, Talent Agency, or E-commerce Marketing
• At least 1–2 years in a leadership/senior capacity
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with creators/KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate networks
• Strong understanding of affiliate activities on e-Commerce and social platforms
• Proven success in managing teams and building team capacity
• Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical and commercial acumen
• Data-driven and results-oriented, focused on growth and performance
• Fluent in English

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and empower Affiliate team members; drive growth
• Build and optimize SOPs, best-practice frameworks, and planning/campaign review systems
• Oversee campaign planning and execution; provide actionable insights for optimization
• Budget management: campaign budgets, commission payouts, and incentives
• Negotiate and co-create strategic partnership programs with MCNs, creators/KOLs
• Analyze market trends to identify growth and collaboration opportunities
