Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing Intern to support our affiliate initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. You will source potential affiliates, coordinate outreach, and help onboard new partners to grow our network.

You will maintain databases, assist campaign execution during big sales events, and research trends to identify new opportunities. This is a hands-on role suitable for students or recent graduates open to internship arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada; knowledge of their affiliate programs is a plus.
• Good communication skills and comfortable reaching out to potential partners.
• Basic online research skills to identify potential creators or affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential affiliates, creators, and livestreamers across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada who align with our brands and target audiences.
• Reach out to potential affiliates, introduce partnership opportunities, and follow up on their interest and participation.
• Assist in onboarding affiliates, including collecting necessary information, guiding them through registration, and coordinating next steps.
• Maintain and update affiliate databases, contact lists, and onboarding trackers to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with affiliates on campaign participation, product promotions, commission details, and other requirements.
• Support the execution of affiliate campaigns, including promotional activities during major e-commerce sales events such as 11.11 and 12.12.
• Monitor affiliate activity and help track basic performance metrics, such as sales, clicks, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliates receive the necessary campaign information, materials, and support.
• Research affiliate trends, potential creators, and new opportunities to expand our affiliate network.
• Assist with other affiliate marketing and e-commerce-related tasks as needed.
