Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead growth across affiliate and creator marketing. You will drive strategic planning, scale partnerships with creators and MCNs, and manage cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable GMV growth.

You will build and mentor the Affiliate team, implement scalable SOPs, and ensure data-driven decisions to maximize ROI while aligning with brand objectives across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or ecommerce
• Leadership experience of 1–2 years
• Proven ability to build partnerships with creators, MCNs
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Affiliate and creator/KOL growth strategy
• Establish and nurture relationships with MCNs, creators/KOLs, and platforms
• Lead and coach the Affiliate team; foster growth and accountability
• Build SOPs and best-practice frameworks for planning and reviews
• Manage budgets, commissions, and ROI optimization programs
