Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking an onsite Procurement Specialist to manage direct materials and seating components, coordinating with Operations, MRP, and suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

You will place timely purchase orders, resolve delivery and invoicing issues, and lead process improvements across supplier relationships to ensure on-time parts delivery and robust supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing of Direct materials.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• No disciplinary action in the past year.
• Not under a Performance Improvement Plan.
• MRP experience (JDE, E1, SAP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Tactical procurement of seating components and materials.
• Timely purchase order placement, supplier confirmation, and price variance processing.
• On time delivery of parts to scheduled need date.
• Resolve issues including AR, GR, invoice to PO mismatch, and PDVs.
• Cancel and defer of Orders.
