Job description

• Lead all external communications, from weekly status calls to high-stakes quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring the client feels supported and informed.
• Consolidate fragmented project updates into a cohesive brand narrative, ensuring all efforts across departments are moving toward the same goal.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between the Influencer Marketing and Content Strategy teams to ensure talent selection perfectly matches the creative vision.
• Oversee internal workflows to ensure deliverables are met on time, stepping in to provide strategic course correction when internal efforts drift from the clients brief.
• Manage the "Big Picture" project timeline and budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized across multiple workstreams.
• Review raw data and campaign metrics provided by specialists and transform them into performance insights.
• Move beyond reporting "what happened" to explaining "why it matters," providing clients with clear, data-backed recommendations for future campaign iterations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth by spotting gaps in current strategies and pitching expanded service offerings to brand partners.
