Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, advertising, events, activations, or related industries.
• Experience in business development, proposal preparation, cost estimation, and project management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, presentation software, and CRM or project-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• As Account Executive, develop and maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities, manage account requirements, and support successful project execution.
• Conduct client consultations, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with internal teams, monitor implementation, and ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Contribute to revenue growth through account development, business acquisition, and client retention while aligning with company objectives.
