Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Account Manager (Client Solutions Manager) to partner with the sales team, deliver best-in-class service, and optimize complex advertising opportunities. Build strong relationships, educate advertisers on TikTok products, and drive revenue through data-driven strategies.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong analytics, and seamless collaboration with Ad Ops, Product and R&D to ensure groundbreaking campaigns across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management/client services in digital marketing.
• Experience working with brand or performance advertisers and executing custom branded campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate technical language.
• Experience in campaign management and setup.
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
• Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude and fast learning.
• Biddable network experience (preferred).
• Experience diagnosing technical problems with product and engineering teams (preferred).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Experience with global partners across time zones & cultures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships with advertisers, driving investments with the Sales Team.
• Build trusted relationships and identify custom solutions and new market opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends and educate clients on ad solutions.
• Work with Technical Account Managers to organize, monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Make proactive, data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising offerings and strategies.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops, Product and R&D to ensure successful campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
• Collect marketplace feedback to guide advertising strategy and offerings.
• Lead custom content campaigns and ensure assets are delivered on time.
