Job summary

FGC+ is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, verify invoices, and maintain accurate vendor records in line with company policies.

You will support month-end close, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, HR and other departments to improve process efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of AP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA advantageous but not required).
• Minimum 3 years in accounting/finance with AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with AP processes, vendor reconciliation, and payment support.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Acumatica or similar) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Perform 3-way matching of PO, receipts, and invoices; authorize payments.
• Maintain AP records and audit trail with proper documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
