Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking an Accounting Manager - General Accounting to deliver precise, timely financial reporting and insightful analysis across sales channels and product lines. You will lead monthly and annual close, drive dashboards, and mentor junior analysts.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, budgeting alignment, and enhancing reporting tools to support strategic decisions in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Graduation with a BS in Accountancy is required.
CPA qualification is an advantage for consideration.
3–4 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, or analysis in retail is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is essential.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik for data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for senior management.
Develop dashboards and KPIs across stores, regions, categories, and departments.
Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts with explanations.
Provide customized financial analysis for business units (sales, margins, efficiency).
Manage financial modeling and scenario analysis for initiatives.
Improve reporting tools and processes for clarity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support system implementations or enhancements for reporting/data analytics.
Coach and mentor junior analysts to foster analytical excellence.
