Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to provide timely financial evaluation and proactive insights to guide management decisions.

The role involves generating monthly performance reports, forecasts, and management reports, plus partnering with Marketing and Merchandising to drive profitability across categories. A CPA with an Accountancy degree and 5 years of related retail/ manufacturing finance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has 5 years of combined commercial finance / business partnering / financial planning experience with retail or manufacturing companies.
• Must be adept with preparing financial modeling scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Timely submission of monthly performance report and analysis of business results versus budget and prior year, identifying ways to improve revenues and manage costs.
• Timely delivery of forecasts (budget, rolling forecasts and flash estimates) and management reports based on agreed due dates. Identify and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives, including preparing consolidated financials and providing analysis and sensitivities into the business
• Provide post-marketing activity evaluation / analysis and support to Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to drive profitability across categories and major SKUs.
• Lead regular P&L review and analysis by category.
• Ensure appropriate metrics are being used to measure growth for improving profitability, controlling expenses and enhancing productivity
