Job summary

University of Perpetual Help seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the finance and accounting functions for multiple units in the Philippines. The role requires proficiency in major accounting software and a strong track record in financial planning and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree; CPA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in major accounting software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA certification preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting for one major unit and six minor units.
• Handle financial planning and budget management.
• Monitor monthly operating results against budget. Ensure compliance with local budgetary reporting requirements.
• Responsible for fund sourcing of the Business Units if applicable.
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
• Work with department managers to develop long range plans and operational plans involving financial functions for the company.
