Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
• Oversee production of periodic financial reports; ensure GAAP/financial reporting standards compliance
• Manage accounting team responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Perform tax planning throughout the fiscal year; file annual corporate tax return
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
